I have been working with Peterson Foods for probably 25 years. I used to purchase through Peterson when I was a pastry chef at Ray's Boat House in Seattle, they're a fantastic company. 
Beautiful shows, always one of my favorite ones to do. I always get the responses that I need. 

The thing about Peterson is every level, from the sales reps to purchasing, they're all top-quality people.  A lot of connection to retail grocery, but also a lot of independent cafes, chains, and bakeries. I would absolutely recommend Peterson for high quality service.

We do our warehousing through Peterson on the East Coast, and they are one of our best partners. The Peterson sales team always does a good job of making sure that we're involved in any efforts that we can be involved with. Any time I need samples, any time I need quality checks, the answers are nearly instantaneous, and it's very easy to work with them. I recommend Peterson all of the time.
