I have been working with Peterson Foods for probably 25 years. I used to purchase through Peterson when I was a pastry chef at Ray's Boat House in Seattle, they're a fantastic company.
Beautiful shows, always one of my favorite ones to do. I always get the responses that I need.

The thing about Peterson is every level, from the sales reps to purchasing, they're all top-quality people.  A lot of connection to retail grocery, but also a lot of independent cafes, chains, and bakeries. I would absolutely recommend Peterson for high quality service.

I’ve chosen to partner with Peterson because of their huge selection. As a one-stop shop, Peterson allows me to source nearly all of my ingredients from one place, saving me time and effort. Their extensive inventory, easy-to-use ordering system, free delivery, and stellar customer service have made running my business smoother and more efficient.
